A private company founded in 1969 in Olbia, Sardinia, leader for experience and competence in manufacturing and marketing of flock (micro-cut fibers), of flocked and coated surfaces on woven and non-woven textiles, elastic and rigid, of synthetic leather.
The main markets are automotive (interior trim), furnishings, clothing, footwear, packaging and other technical markets.
The company has an internal vertical structure for cutting and dyeing of textile fibers, resin production appropriate to different applications, flocking, finishing, lamination, control and packaging in accordance with current international standards.
The production is tested by our quality control laboratory according to specifications defined with the customer at development phase.
We are equipped to perform the most common test in the textile industry such as: tensile strength, elongation, mass, thickness, friction and abrasion resistance (Taber, Martindale, Cesconi), light fastness, fastness to perspiration and to water. A research and color development laboratory constantly support production and quality departments by research of new materials and products more competitive and environmentally friendly. The requests and proposals of customers are studied and transformed into a product suitable for their market. Logistics uses a fast and reliable transport network to all over the world, with deliveries of samples and serial goods within 24 hours already (in Europe). The international port of Cagliari allows the export of container outside the EEC to all major international ports.
